Becky has always lived in the south. Even though two of her three children (and five of her seven grandchildren) now live in the North, she remains a “True Southerner.” After a career in administrative positions, including PCUSA churches, Becky and her husband, Jim, gave up the business world and went to work in a children’s home to be care-givers for troubled children – mostly pre-school age. After 14 years with the children, they retired and moved to Greensboro to be closer to family. In 2018 Becky came out of retirement and started as Office Administrator at ORPC. She is a Stephen Minister, an ordained Elder in the PCUSA, and is very active in her church. However, she loves being a part of ORPC and getting to know all the people. Becky enjoys reading, crocheting, sewing, and scrapbooking.
